Money: A Tool that Makes Dreams Come True
My little family of four (plus the dog and cat) all packed into a small motorhome and headed west to visit as many National Parks as possible…
I’m a financial therapist, licensed psychotherapist, and writer for women entrepreneurs who are tired of struggling financially and feel overwhelmed by the emotional up’s and down’s of growing a business.

Want me to read this to you? Click here If you asked me, “what is money therapy?”, I could define it like this: MONEY THERAPY-
When I was in college, I worked three jobs…and I was still broke as shit.
I took a full class load studying psychology…
…worked as a bank teller 15 hours a week…
…worked at the local women’s shelter as a legal advocate where I filed protection from abuse orders for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault…
…and worked at Bath & Body Works at night and on weekends where I gave free “hand facials” and came home smelling like cucumber melon every night.
I worked A LOT…but minimum wage was crap money…
Not so long ago, I had a consistent routine that I stuck to like glue.
Every day started at 5 am…with piping hot coffee (how else am I gonna get my ass outta bed that early?)…while sitting in my favorite spot- the cushy recliner perfectly positioned in front of the bedroom windows that open up to the sunrise…pouring all my random thoughts into my journal.
It’s ridiculously easy to get caught up in money drama… …stressing over paying all the bills on time… …feeling like you have to “rob Peter
My finger hovered over the “send” button… …and I took a deep breath. OMG…what was I doing? Was I really going to send this pitch?
Whether you’re just starting out in your business or you’ve been at it for years, The Comfy Couch is a safe place to explore your entrepreneurial journey…to discover that you’re not the only one who gets grouchy and sad when business challenges pop up…and to learn how to drop money shame and business drama like a bad habit.
